Why we built Bridge
We built it for the team that keeps saying next quarter.
Gabriel hit it first. As CPO at gryn earlier in 2026, he watched CS teams collect the same customer asks every week. A custom field. A dashboard. An export in someone’s format. The roadmap couldn’t absorb any of them. Every ask waited on an engineer, and the engineer had bigger problems. Customers stopped asking.
Tomer was on the other side. He’d been building the production AI tooling that keeps what an agent does inside the rules a team has set. Same gap from a different angle. So we left and built Bridge.
